Acting is not a talent per se, it is a skill that can be developed through constant practice. Becoming an actress demands for a workshop. Recently, in response to the controversial Kretorian talent scam, the California has promulgated a legislation entitled, "The Krekorian TaIent Scam Prevention Act" effective January 2010.
